Refund purchased filters

We at PHHHOTO cannot issue refunds directly to users, as the Apple and Google Play stores require that they handle all refunds.

We can, however, gather feedback about filter issues. If you want to report an issue with a filter you've purchased, please tap "send us a message" below to let us know! 

TO REQUEST A REFUND: 

iOS: visit http://reportaproblem.apple.com/ 

     • Login with your apple ID 
     • Select the filter you want refunded
     • From the dropdown, choose "problem is not listed here"
     • Describe your issue in detail & state that you would like a refund 
     • Tap submit 

You can also access your purchases via Itunes by selecting "see all" under your purchase history.

You can request a refund within 48 hours of purchase. You will need your order number from your e-mail receipt 

     • Sign in with your play store ID 
     • Enter your name
     • Select "in app purchase" 
     • Select reason for refund from the dropdown menu
     • Enter order number (found via your e-mail receipt) 
     • Enter description of issue 
     • Choose "call me" or "email me" 
     • Tap Submit
