Camera doesn't work

If you are experiencing issues with your camera, first make sure that you have given access to your camera roll.

Also, make sure that you're on the newest version of the app 

If you are still unable to use your camera, please write into us with the Contact Support button and let us know, in detail, what is happening with your camera.

  2. Device info -- make / model 
  3. iOS / Android OS 
  4. App version
