If everything is correct, the app might be experiencing a server issue and won't let you log in at this moment. You should try again later. If you're still having trouble, you can contact us and say:
- On the sign in screen, tap FORGOT SOMETHING > FORGOT USERNAME to make sure you are using the right username.
- If your username is correct and your password is not working, you should reset your password.
- If you have a different phone number now then when you signed up, you will not be able to recover your username and are LOCKED OUT
