Pin code not accepted

If you receive your PIN code, but the app does not accept it, try this:
  1. Request a new PIN and try again (hint: only the newest PIN will work!) 
  2. Try switching from a WIFI network to a data network and try again. 
If you still are having issues, hit the Contact Support Button and send us the following:
  1. Phone Number
  2. Country 
  3. A screenshot of the PIN code text message
  4. A screenshot of the error message you are seeing
